Courtney Campbell Causeway Trail
Experience breathtaking waterfront views of Tampa Bay atop the 45-foot-high pedestrian bridge parallel to the Courtney Campbell Causeway. The 10-mile Courtney Campbell Causeway Trail with amenities connects Hillsborough and Pinellas counties and is a favorite among joggers, bicyclists and outdoor enthusiasts.
Cypress Point Park
Enjoy stunning sunsets, gorgeous beach walks, dunes, beach wildflowers, and fishing opportunities at one of Tampa’s hidden gems. Cypress Point Park features nature trails, a playground, 18-hold disc golf course, canoe launch and picnic pavilions.
Rocky Point Golf Course
Located near Tampa International Airport, the scenic, 18-hole Rocky Point Golf Course features a mix of tree-lined fairways and lakes. Grab lunch or enjoy happy hour at The Point Grille clubhouse.
Ben T. Davis Beach
Fronting Tampa Bay and offering one of the first sights of sand for those entering Tampa via Tampa International Airport, Ben T. Davis Beach along the Courtney Campbell Causeway offers paddle boarding, kayaking, bike rentals, a public boat ramp, and picnic areas with grills and concessions.
Al Lopez Park
Nature trails, a dog park, ponds with fishing piers, playgrounds, picnic shelters and a community center make up the beautiful 132-acre Al Lopez Park located across the street from Raymond James Stadium.
Loretta Ingraham Recreation Complex
This popular community center offers fun indoor and outdoor activities for all ages. The Loretta Ingraham Recreation Complex features a computer lab, sports courts, gymnasium, playground, swimming pool and fitness center.
Tennis Complex at Hillsborough Community College
This 41-court public facility sits on 15 acres between Raymond James Stadium and Steinbrenner Field within a beautiful park setting. The Tennis Complex includes 10 clay courts, 13 hard courts, and is home to USTA Florida’s only “10 and under” facility that boasts 18 courts.
