The Westshore Alliance is seeking written proposals from qualified landscape firms (“Firm”) to provide professional landscaping installation, maintenance, and management at three medians located along N. West Shore Boulevard. The selected Firm will be required to perform and complete landscape installation and maintenance by providing all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to install and maintain the general conditions of the medians. Periodic maintenance and upkeep shall include a daily or weekly regimen of regular watering, mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, mulching, and the prompt removal of any dead plants, limbs or trees, and the removal of debris resulting from inclement weather. The Firm chosen will be maintaining the three selected medians located on N. West Shore Boulevard between W. Cypress Street and W. Laurel Street. The Request for Proposals shall be open from June 15, 2026, to July 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held virtually at 10:00 AM on June 24, 2026.
