Retail storefronts are opening regularly at Midtown Tampa. Joffrey's Coffee and Tea Co. held a ribbon cutting with remarks from Mayor Jane Castor on August 12. Bella Brava hosted employee training events in August and officially opened (dinner service only until further notice) on the 26th.
