Hillsborough County has opened the public engagement period for the West Shore Blvd. Complete Streets project. You can provide your comments here. The proposed plan would add pedestrian and streetscape elements to create a Grand Boulevard from Spruce St. to Kennedy Blvd. County staff have been working with residents, business owners, and Westshore Alliance members to design a plan that improves West Shore Blvd. and provides for additional development opportunities.
